Alongside our consumer-facing platform, Tyket, we are building internal systems to support our growing team and operations. We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer to help develop and maintain our internal employee portal that integrates directly with Odoo.

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer with experience in Python and JavaScript to help in the development of a secure internal employee portal. This role focuses on backend integrations with Odoo and frontend development for a clean, intuitive user experience. You will work closely with designers, Lead Developer, Scrum Master, product owners, and QA.

Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

What You’ll Do

• Full-stack development: Build and maintain a web-based employee portal using Python and JavaScript.
• Odoo integration: Develop and maintain integrations with Odoo using APIs and custom modules as needed.
• Backend development: Build secure, scalable backend services to handle authentication, permissions, and business logic.
• Frontend development: Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for internal users using Figma designs.
• Data management: Work with relational databases to manage employee, operational, and system data.
• Requirements collaboration: Partner with product owners and Scrum Master to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Security & access control: Ensure proper role-based access and data protection across the portal.
• Maintenance & improvements: Debug issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve system reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of personal or professional experience in Python, Javascript, and GitHub. Odoo is a plus.

Compensation: Starting salary of $20 per hour. After a 3 month probationary period, a compensation raise to $25 per hour is granted. Further compensation raises and role advancements will occur based on continued performance and project advancements.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
