Job Description

Position Title: Front End Web Designer (UI/UX & Branding Specialist)

We are fast-moving, strategy-driven, and design-obsessed. We’re looking for an exceptional Front End Web Designer who excels at UI/UX, branding, and conceptual design.

This role is for a true designer — someone who can start from a blank canvas, build brand identities digitally, and design beautiful, conversion-optimized user experiences. You will design pixel-perfect websites in Figma and collaborate closely with developers to bring those designs to life in WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-end, modern website interfaces from scratch using Figma.
• Develop cohesive digital brand systems including typography, color palettes, layout grids, and reusable UI components.
• Create intuitive, conversion-focused UI/UX flows for lead generation in legal, medical, and dental markets.
• Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into visually compelling digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation in WordPress.
• Design fully responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Iterate efficiently based on internal feedback while maintaining design excellence.
• Maintain consistency across multiple client brands and verticals.
• Stay current on UI/UX trends, usability standards, and modern web design best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional front-end or web design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, auto layout).
• Outstanding UI/UX design skills with a strong web-focused portfolio.
• Exceptional branding and visual design instincts.
• Advanced understanding of motion design and animation
• Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion principles, and usability.
• Experience designing websites intended for WordPress development.
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be willing to work in-office full time in Westlake Village, CA.
• Must pass a background check.
