Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

  • Perform user, profile, and role setup within Salesforce.
  • Manage data updates, migration, and integration processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards for all departments to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement advanced analytics solutions and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) integrated with Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly, minimizing disruptions.

User and License Management

  • Administer user accounts and licenses for platforms such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Adobe, Microsoft, and Mosyle.

IT Support

  • Provide desktop support and resolve technical issues for end-users efficiently.
  • Assist with network administration tasks, including monitoring and maintaining network devices.
  • Manage computers and peripherals, ensuring proper functionality and timely replacements or upgrades.

Prerequisites/Requirements

  • Salesforce Administration Experience
  • User/Profile/Role setup
  • Reporting/Dashboard creation
  • DataLoader usage
  • Strong skills in reporting and analytics, with knowledge of Tableau or Power BI being a plus.
  • Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Knowledge of SOQL and other Salesforce products or AppExchange applications.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Google Workspace administration experience.
  • Familiarity with network administration tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
