We’re looking for a Data & Systems Administrator to join our in-house team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring our client data is accurate, organized, and ready for action during implementation projects.
Requirements:
The Data & Systems Administrator will work closely with our Project Managers and Client Strategy Managers to handle dual maintenance, data validation, and system updates during client transitions. You’ll be responsible for keeping multiple systems in sync, reconciling data sets in Excel, and flagging discrepancies before they become issues.This is not a pure data entry job — we’re looking for someone tech-comfortable, detail-obsessed, and excited to learn how to use HCM systems and proprietary TKG processes to keep projects running smoothly.
Data Management & Validation

Perform dual maintenance across old and new HCM/payroll systems during client transitions.

Validate data accuracy against original sources and identify inconsistencies.

Prepare clean, import-ready Excel/CSV files.

Use Excel tools like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting to reconcile data sets.
System Administration Support

Make updates to employee records, positions, pay rates, and demographic information in client systems.

Assist with basic configuration changes under guidance from the implementation team.

Follow and improve internal SOPs for recurring data tasks.
Client Support (Non-Strategic)

Gather missing or corrected data from client contacts.

Ensure data is transferred securely and organized in shared repositories.

Track and follow up on open data issues.
Reporting & Tracking

Maintain progress trackers and issue logs.

Provide weekly status updates on data maintenance progress.

Excel Skills: Comfortable with formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, CONCAT, TRIM), pivot tables, and data cleanup.

Attention to Detail: You love catching small errors and fixing them before anyone else notices.

Tech Comfort: You can pick up new software quickly (training provided on our systems).

Process-Oriented: You follow instructions well but can also suggest improvements.

Experience:
- 1–3 years in payroll/HR support, accounting support, data management, or similar role.
- Experience with HCM/payroll systems a plus (Paylocity, Paycor, ADP, UKG, etc.), but not required.

Hourly Rate: $23–$29/hr (W-2, based on experience)
