Operating three manufacturing facilities in Northeast Indiana (Auburn / Churubusco) and employing nearly 600 skilled workers, we are an integral part of a larger global manufacturing conglomerate, MinebeaMitsumi.

Pay Range: $85K - $100K Depending on Experience and/or Formal Training

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Epicor user support
  • Being the contact point for ERP System Administration
  • Conduct Business Activity Query (BAQ) user-defined data query to extract and analyze data from ERP System, Report Writing, and Dashboard Creation/Modification
  • Complete Enterprise Content Management (ECM) workflow projects
  • Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes
  • Will also be required to assist with Help Desk Support, Server Management and other IT related tasks

Qualifications

  • 7 Years Epicor ERP – Kinetic knowledge
  • 5 Years: BAQ’s, BPM’s, SSRS Report Writing, C#/.Net Development and Epicor ECM (Docstar)
  • 10 Years of IT Experience
  • Manufacturing Industry Experience preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • Ability to be flexible and work both independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours in support of system maintenance, system deployments and upgrades
  • A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple project assignments
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels of the business
