Full Stack Web Developer (2–3 Years Experience)
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Web Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in C# and.NET technologies to join our growing development team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain enterprise-level applications supporting mission-critical operations for the Department of Defense (DoD).You will collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean, efficient code, eager to learn, and comfortable working in both front-end and back-end environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy secure web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js).
- Build and maintain back-end systems, services, and APIs using C#/.NET.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless user experiences.
- Debug and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Manage and query SQL databases (SQL Server).
- Follow Agile development practices and participate in code reviews.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and SQL-based databases.
- Understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js or Python (Django/Flask) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- (Preferred): Appian Certified Developer.
- (Preferred): Experience working in defense or government contracting environments.
