In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure seamless operation of our computer systems. <Responsibilities>

• Troubleshoot hardware/software (Windows/Mac, printers, mobile, network).
• Document issues & resolutions.
• Coordinate with IT Security partner on assessments & incident response.
• Collaborate with software partners to resolve technology issues and optimize solutions.
• Coordinate with ERP system for maintenance, troubleshooting, and solutions.
• Lead IT projects (upgrades, deployments, refresh cycles).
• Manage software licenses & vendor relationships.
• Handle onboarding: devices, accounts, permissions, access rights.

Qualifications

Required

• 2–4 years IT support or systems administration.
• Windows/macOS expertise; networking basics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with IT security collaboration.
• SaaS license management.
• Knowledge of EDI systems.
• SQL knowledge (preferred)

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
