We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations, provide hands-on support, and drive innovation across the company.
About the Role
The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of information technology, including systems administration, user support, hardware and software management, and network security. This role is key to ensuring our teams—whether in the office or at construction sites across the state—have the tools, connectivity, and support they need to perform at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, software, and hardware
- Provide direct support to employees at jobsites throughout New Mexico, ensuring reliable connectivity, devices, and communication tools
- Oversee system security, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols
- Coordinate with vendors on licensing, service contracts, and equipment purchases
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the company
- Assist in the research and development of process and technology improvements
- Train and support staff on technology use, troubleshooting, and new systems
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and new technology rollouts
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years IT management or leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows servers, Office 365, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to explain technical issues in clear, practical terms
- Experience supporting field operations, remote users, or construction jobsite teams strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on teamwork, customer service, and innovation
