WORKSITE: Roseville, CA (Onsite 3 days per week; subject to change)
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
PAY RATE: $35.00
Paid sick leave based on state regulations after 90 days of employment

Participate as a member of a Testing Team using Gainwell's testing methodology.
Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for complex healthcare applications.
Analyze requirements and collaborate with functional teams to ensure testing solutions meet expectations.
Prepare estimates for testing activities as defined in project test plans.
Execute UAT test cases, track defects, and coordinate with stakeholders on resolutions.
Review and analyze test results, document findings, and communicate discrepancies.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to testing standards.
Prepare reports in approved templates and support client validation of results.
3–4 years of experience in UAT testing and Manual/Functional testing; healthcare or Medicaid experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of testing concepts, requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect management.
Experience with SQL and ALM preferred.
Ability to write and execute test plans and cases with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Daily interaction with clients; strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities required.
