Job description

Busy restaurant & catering hall located on Golf Course looking for Line Cook/Prep Cook to join the team and support the kitchen. Looking to hire immediately. Please submit resume if interested.

Line Cook/ Prep Cook Responsibilities:

  • Operate food production machinery based on instructions.
  • Carefully follows standard recipes set by Management
  • Assist in plating food
  • Heavy Prep Work
  • Some Grilling
  • Keeps work area & equipment clean and sanitary.
  • Line Cook/ Prep Cook
  • Requirements:
  • Previous cooking experience required. (Specifically in Banquets/Catering/ Deli Experience Preferred)
  • Commitment to New York State Local Health & Sanitation Laws
  • Must have Positive attitude and ability to handle a fast paced environment
  • Must speak English - Ability to communicate in Spanish is a Plus.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and Stand for extended periods of time.
