Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement new features and services within an agile, scrum-based environment.

· Develop performant, resilient, and scalable SaaS applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.

· Produce detailed architecture diagrams and documentation to support design and implementation.

· Guide the team in making key technical decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.

· Contribute directly to development while mentoring team members and promoting engineering excellence.

· Stay current with emerging tools and technologies relevant to modern software development.

· Communicate and escalate issues effectively and proactively.

Required Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).

· 13+ years of experience in software development and system design for complex enterprise applications.

· Proven experience designing and implementing scalable SaaS solutions using microservices architecture.

· Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot preferred).

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

· Experience writing unit and integration tests and following agile delivery practices.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

· Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science or related field.

· Additional programming experience in Python, C#, or C++.

· Background in data modeling, cloud computing, and UI frameworks (Angular, React, or ASP.NET).

· Exposure to machine learning frameworks or AI integration.

· Prior experience building software for real-time data processing or industrial applications is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
