Immediate opening for a full time Shop Technician/CNC Operator Employee who is team oriented, pays great attention to detail and is able to work in a fast pace environment. Job functions include ability to build, assemble, cut materials, lift and work with parts up to 60 lbs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

*Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

*Follow schedules and established procedures, assemble heavy, large units or parts of units using necessary tools and equipment

*Cut material

*Move completed parts and products to designated area or storage area

*Use instruments to check and verify own work as required

*Repair parts or products as requested

*Maintain clean and orderly work area

*Perform other related duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

*2+years’ of related work experience

*Ability to lift up to sixty (60) pounds repeatedly

*Bend, twist and stand throughout majority of shift

*Operate hand tools and equipment necessary for production

*Oral and written English literacy required

*Quality control and computer literacy
