Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule cleaning appointments follow up visits and special service requests for clients.
  • Update and maintain the digital scheduling calendar with accurate information.
  • Communicate with clients through phone email or text to confirm appointments and provide service details.
  • Handle rescheduling requests cancellations and urgent scheduling changes.
  • Provide clients with basic information about preparation steps arrival windows and service expectations.
  • Coordinate appointment details with cleaning teams and ensure they have the correct project information.
  • Maintain organized digital files service notes and communication records.
  • Follow up with clients after completed services to gather feedback or schedule future appointments.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to client messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in scheduling customer service or administrative support is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly client focused tone.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital calendars scheduling tools and basic office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and work accurately.
  • Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,909.28 - $52,880.00 per year
