IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for an IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s New York office.
IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security - Job Description:
The project focuses on assisting the 2nd line engagement and challenge of remediation activities within the cyber security domain. The IT Security Analyst will play a crucial role in the Review & Challenge tollgate panels, ensuring effective remediation and successful Internal Audit validation.

IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security - Job Description:
The project focuses on assisting the 2nd line engagement and challenge of remediation activities within the cyber security domain. The IT Security Analyst will play a crucial role in the Review & Challenge tollgate panels, ensuring effective remediation and successful Internal Audit validation.
IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security - Responsibilities:
- Execution of the cyber security and IT risk management 2nd line Review, Challenge, Methodology & Testing of Issues.
- Partner with domain experts in the 1st line to understand the design and implementation of remediation actions addressing MRA/Issue concerns.
- Work closely with Issue owners to provide challenge for remediation, including feedback on control remediation opportunities.
- Liaise with 1st and 3rd line to align on remediation actions.
- Participate in the Review and Challenge tollgate panels.
- Engage with key stakeholders to provide ongoing support and feedback on team efforts.
- Partner with the 1st line in the design and implementation of remediation actions addressing MRA concerns.
IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security - Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years as an IT Security Analyst
- 5+ years experience creating management reports
- 5+ years’ experience working in an Issues Management capacity
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PPT
IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- CISSP Certified (Cyber Security)
- Service Now Certified
- CCSP Certified (Cloud Security)
- Experience with GRC tooling or Service Now
IT Security Analyst, Cyber Security – Assignment Length:
