Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect

We’re seeking a Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team in delivering high-quality technical solutions and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Below are the Responsibilities and Skills required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical configurations, fast formulas, custom fields, and performance optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM & HCM releases, assess their impact, and coordinate testing and validation with business teams.
• Lead end-to-end testing for fixes and enhancements, including test plan and script development.
• Design and create custom security roles while ensuring appropriate privilege management; conduct regular security audits.
• Proactively monitor the performance and architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to ensure reliability and recoverability.
• Collaborate with IT staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to manage maintenance schedules, system refreshes, and outages.
• Implement best practices to enhance functionality, reliability, and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve them.
• Write functional and technical specifications for integrations and custom applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Document system requirements, process flows, and policies.
• Mentor and train team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Manage technical configurations, including OCI setups, SSO, data encryption, and SSL certificates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of ERP administration experience.
• 5+ years as a Solutions Architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and/or HCM.
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration with Fusion applications and third-party systems.
• Experience leading full project lifecycles: Requirements, Design, Testing, and Rollout.
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and configurations.
• Expertise in setting up security roles, workflows, and SSO within Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong business acumen in Finance, HR, and Payroll, coupled with IT expertise.
• Proactive in staying updated on advancements in technology.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
