What You Will Do:

• Design and develop responsive, scalable frontend applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Implement and maintain cloud-native web applications using AWS Amplify for seamless deployment and hosting
• Architect frontend solutions that integrate with AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and other cloud services
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces
• Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems for consistent user experiences across applications
• Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments using AWS Amplify and related tools
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, microservices, and third-party services
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for enterprise-level deployments
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for frontend development initiatives
• Coordinate with cloud architects, backend developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
• Support migration of legacy applications to modern cloud-native frontend architectures

What You Will Need:

• BA/BS Degree with 5+ Years of IT experience. A degree can be substituted for an additional 4 years of experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying frontend applications in enterprise cloud environments
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with AWS Amplify for frontend hosting, authentication, and API integration
• Experience with modern frontend development tools and frameworks (Node.js, Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn)
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integrations
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar)
• Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and CloudFront
• US East Coast core business hour availability
• Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, and be able to pass a Public Trust Assessment
• AWS Certified Developer - Associate (Pandora Cloud will provide certification training and exam fees)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile-responsive development and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
• Experience with healthcare applications, FHIR data models, or government sector applications
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure)
• Experience with container technologies (Docker) and serverless architectures
• Knowledge of security best practices for frontend applications
