Responsibilities

Your day-to-day role will be active and hands-on, focusing on a variety of key tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You will be trained to:

• Receive and Sort Incoming Stock: Carefully unload trucks, check shipments, and sort products to their correct locations.
• Pick and Pack Orders: Use order sheets or handheld scanners to accurately select products and prepare them for shipment to our customers.
• Prepare Shipments: Safely and securely pack boxes, label them correctly, and load them onto outbound trucks.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Workspace: Keep work areas, aisles, and inventory organized to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Operate Equipment: After certification, you may be trained to use equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts to move inventory.
• Perform Quality Checks: Ensure products meet our quality standards and report any discrepancies.
• Work Collaboratively: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
