Ober Mountain is now hiring for a full-time IT Manager. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT personnel and daily operations within the IT department at the direction of the IT Director, relaying information between upper management and IT Department employees. This role also requires project management skills, operational management skills, computer systems knowledge, and networking skills. In addition to analyzing current systems and assets, I will recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and also discuss the departmental budget with the IT Director. Must be available nights and weekends when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to internal users
• Oversee the IT Department team members
• Manage the IT schedule
• Interview and hire prospective employees
• Network Administration and Security
• Systems Administration
• Able to communicate effectively and work well with vendors
• Microsoft Active Directory Administration
• Cisco Meraki Administration
• Office 365 Administration
• Skidata and Paradox Administration for points-of-sale
• VOIP System Administration
• Maintaining all systems on-site and remotely
• Other Duties as assigned by the IT Director

OTHER JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of IT Experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or Technology preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to multitask
• Able to work in a high-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Management, organizational, and time management skills

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
