Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled SQL Production Support specialist to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our data infrastructure. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting SQL databases within a complex data environment. The ideal candidate will have strong query skills and the ability to join multiple tables together during troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
• Ensuring the continuous availability and performance of critical production systems
• Collaborate with mulitple teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Create written documumentation and flow diagrams

Experience

• Proven experience supporting SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms in a production environment.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Background in database design, schema development, and optimization techniques.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
