Residential Technician (Men's Addiction Recovery)

Pay Range: Starting at $26/hr. (depending on experience and shift)

Jaywalker Lodge is looking for individuals interested in joining the Residential Technician team. Full-time overnight positions are available starting at $26/hour.

Summary:

The Residential Technician provides a safe and welcoming environment for recovery and is responsible for day-to-day support of our clients to ensure they have a positive experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provides a professional and positive experience for all clients from intake to discharge.
• Transports clients to appointments and meetings.
• Communicates with the treatment team regarding client observations.
• Maintain cleanliness around the facilities.
• Provide accurate and timely data in client electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the principles of recovery.
• Knowledge of effective problem analysis and solving problems.
• Knowledge of ethical conduct and confidentiality.

Required Skills:

• Verbal and written communication.
• Building rapport.
• Effective decision making.

Required Abilities:

Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
