The System Administrator is responsible for maintenance, configuration, and supporting the company's computer servers and systems for reliable operations.

Responsibilities : The System Administrator position is a core member of the Information Technology team and is responsible for troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance in a state-of-the-art environment that is fast paced and strives for five 9s of reliable uptime . Responding to daily help desk requests as well as assigned projects designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting the company's computer systems and network segments.

Core Responsibilities of our System Administrator:

  • Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
  • Monitor and maintain network and system security to ensure availability
  • Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems
  • Evaluate and modify system's performance to analyze and isolate issues
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users via help desk tickets
  • Degree in Computer Science or degree in related field with additional experience.
  • Information technology experience with A+ certification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
