Job description
LiftFront is seeking a Part-Time Full Stack Developer to support the development of automation tools, AI-based solutions, and custom software applications for client projects. This role involves working with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
The developer will be responsible for contributing to multiple projects and supporting the technical delivery of approved solutions.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Work Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (ACDT)
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Review technical requirements for client projects
- Assess feasibility and define scope, timelines, and implementation approach
- Develop and maintain software solutions, including:
- AI-based assistants and custom agents
- CRM integrations, data synchronization, and migration tools
- Internal dashboards and workflow automation tools
- Build and manage automation workflows using platforms such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier
- Write maintainable and efficient front-end and back-end code
- Communicate project updates and identify risks or blockers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with both front-end and back-end development
- Experience working with no-code or low-code tools and extending them with custom code
- Experience building APIs, integrations, and automated workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Backend: .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core; Node.js may be used for certain projects
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience using Python for automation or AI-related development
- Experience with relational, NoSQL, or vector databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience supporting service-based or consulting clients
