What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in ECE, Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field.
- At least 2 years of early childhood leadership or operational management experience with a total of 4 years in a Preschool setting.
- Knowledge of state licensing standards and compliance best practices
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills
- A passion for developing educators and creating thriving school communities
