Definition & Core Responsibilities
The Operations & Technology Coordinator is responsible for the execution, stability, and consistency of the brokerage’s operational, technology, and broker-support function. This role ensures day-to-day brokerage operations run smoothly by managing technology platforms, agent onboarding systems, compensation administration, website accuracy. This position works in close coordination with the Director of Operations, Chief Growth Officer, and executive leadership.
Technology Operations and Agent Support
IT Operations & Agent Technology Support Expanded Definition: Manage all daily IT operations across brokerage platforms, including BoldTrail tools and agent-facing systems. Provide direct support for hardware, software, passwords, system access, troubleshooting, and general technical issues. Deliver one-on-one agent support and training to ensure effective system adoption. Operational Importance: Ensures agents remain productive, supported, and confident using company technology, reducing downtime and escalation to leadership.
System Updates, Performance Monitoring & Vendor Coordination Expanded Definition: Implement system updates, monitor performance and reliability of technology platforms, and proactively identify issues. Coordinate with third-party IT vendors to manage upgrades, maintenance, and service resolution. Operational Importance: Protects business continuity and ensures technology scales with brokerage growth.
Server, Data Integrity & Backup Oversight Expanded Definition: Oversee server environments, data storage, backup protocols, and security standards to ensure accuracy, availability, and protection of operational, financial, and compliance data. Operational Importance: Safeguards sensitive brokerage information and supports audit and compliance readiness.
Website, Systems, & Digital Infrastructure
Website Maintenance & Technical Audits Expanded Definition: Maintain company website functionality including agent rosters, content accuracy, IDX connections, and routine technical audits. Coordinate updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. Operational Importance: Supports recruiting credibility, consumer trust, and accurate public representation of the brokerage.
Onboarding, Compensation & Administrative Systems
New Agent System Setup & Onboarding Support Expanded Definition: Configure all required systems for new agents, including logins, platforms, directories, email, and technology tools. Maintain onboarding checklists, conduct technology orientations, and support early system adoption.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
