Join our growing team supporting a DoD cybersecurity mission at MacDill Air Force Base. The RMF Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for executing assessment and authorization (A&A) activities under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle for enclave systems and mission applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RMF artifacts including SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and RARs.
- Support security control assessments and recommend remediation actions.
- Participate in configuration management boards (CMBs) and change tracking.
- Coordinate SNAP requests and liaise with AFNET and SIPR/NIPR environments.
- Prepare technical documentation for ISSOs, ISSEs, and system owners.
Basic Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience with DoD RMF processes and tools.
- Proficient with eMASS, ACAS, STIGs, and NIST SP 800-53.
- Experience drafting RMF documentation sets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current DoD 8570 certification (Security+ CE, CAP, or equivalent).
- Prior support to Air Force cybersecurity programs.
- Familiarity with COTS IA product evaluations and CM processes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
