Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist agents by managing incoming customer inquiries and routing requests to the correct contact.
  • Support daily coordination between customers and agents for service updates appointments and follow up communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer records notes and digital files.
  • Update scheduling calendars and ensure agents receive the correct information before each appointment.
  • Provide customers with service updates appointment confirmations and preparation details when needed.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending information missed appointments or next steps.
  • Prepare simple summaries status updates and documentation to support agent workflows.
  • Identify issues delays or customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
  • Support general administrative tasks that help improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in customer service coordination or administrative support is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and professional customer focused tone.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using digital tools scheduling systems and office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and maintain accuracy.
  • Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem solving ability and a positive customer service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.12 - $37.24 per hour
