Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist agents by managing incoming customer inquiries and routing requests to the correct contact.
- Support daily coordination between customers and agents for service updates appointments and follow up communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records notes and digital files.
- Update scheduling calendars and ensure agents receive the correct information before each appointment.
- Provide customers with service updates appointment confirmations and preparation details when needed.
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending information missed appointments or next steps.
- Prepare simple summaries status updates and documentation to support agent workflows.
- Identify issues delays or customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
- Support general administrative tasks that help improve customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in customer service coordination or administrative support is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and professional customer focused tone.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital tools scheduling systems and office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and maintain accuracy.
- Reliable proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem solving ability and a positive customer service mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.12 - $37.24 per hour
