Educates customers on products and application.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work.
managing warehouse picking , inventory ,shipping and recieving
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as email, online and call reports, and weekly work plans.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information from online forums.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and reporting to customer.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing literature, preexisting documentation, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional online resources.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Establish an online presence though social media.
Create and manage ordering app,website ,promotional flyers and price book for customers
communicating back end IT department for resolving any issues regarding the wholesale software company uses.
Manage purchasing for the company.
