About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with experience in AI/ML projects. This role requires expertise in data analysis, model evaluation, and working with AI-driven solutions to extract insights, optimize processes, and drive business impact. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL, Python, data visualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and can collaborate effectively with AI/ML teams to support decision-making and model performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that enhance AI/ML model performance.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to support model development, validation, and monitoring.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for AI/ML projects.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform data quality checks, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis on AI-generated outputs.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, images, and time-series data.
  • Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support A/B testing and experimental analysis for AI-driven features.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Strong experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, or similar libraries).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model evaluation metrics, and ML lifecycle.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Matplotlib/Seaborn in Python).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing and storage (S3, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience working with AI-driven products or analytics in ML workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with MLOps or AutoML tools.
  • Background in NLP, predictive modeling, or time-series forecasting.
  • Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Snowflake, Hadoop).
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry (healthcare).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
