Job Title: Web Design Specialist
Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr on W2
Duration: 14 Weeks contract
Location: Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Design Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging digital designs across web, email, social media, and other platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and content teams to bring ideas to life while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media platforms
• Develop compelling creative concepts based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and secure feedback and buy-in
• Translate concepts into final designs and deliver on deadline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and marketers
• Support front-end development for small projects when needed
• Ensure brand consistency and create additional digital brand guidelines as needed
• Stay updated on the latest design and web trends
• Design print materials when required
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and asset adoption
• Maintain organized file management and documentation practices

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in a web design role
• Proven experience designing across multiple digital platforms

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD) and Sketch
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress preferred)
• Working knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Basic understanding of marketing automation tools and APIs

Soft Skills:

• Strong visual storytelling and data visualization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington.
