Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist our company with day-to-day financial tasks for a range of different clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, integrity, effective communication, and excellent time management. This position will be part-time to start and remote.
THE POSITION:

-Minimum 20 hours per week, with potential to increase if desired
-Starting pay: $30/hour with room to grow based on performance
Who They Report To
Reports to Senior Bookkeeper/Controller
List of Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full bookkeeping process for multiple clients, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit cards, categorizing expense, and generating monthly financial reports for review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for a range of clients.
- Categorize and record financial transactions in Netsuite and Quickbooks
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit cards weekly/monthly
- Maintain accurate records including client information
- Perform month-end close procedures for review
- Prepare A/R statements and various A/R related tasks including process payments record all clients customer payments and deposits.
- A/P related tasks including entering purchase orders, bills and vendor records.
- Support team with price, inventory and item records.
- Support senior bookkeeper/Controller with various tasks
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some accounting classes or equivalent certifications.
- Experience: 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience required. Strong understanding of financial accounting.
- Equipment: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365 Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Slack, Notion
