We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced enterprise and cloud network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across VMware NSX, Aruba Wireless, AWS Cloud Networking, and Palo Alto Firewalls, with a strong ability to architect secure, scalable, and resilient solutions in multi-site hybrid environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and support of VMware NSX, Aruba Wireless, AWS Cloud Networking, and Palo Alto Firewall solutions.
- Architect high-availability, multi-site network infrastructures.
- Own end-to-end network functions including routing, segmentation, firewalling, and security across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hybrid network issues.
- Create and maintain network templates, technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient network operations.
Mandatory Qualifications:
VMware / NSX
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with VMware technologies.
- 2+ years designing, deploying, and configuring multi-site NSX Federation environments.
- Strong experience with NSX firewalling and micro-segmentation.
Aruba Wireless / ClearPass
- Minimum 5+ years managing enterprise wireless networks.
- 2+ years in designing and configuring Aruba Wireless solutions.
- Strong experience with Aruba ClearPass for authentication and network access control.
AWS Cloud Networking
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on AWS networking experience.
- 2+ years in a lead role designing and maintaining:
- VPC architectures
- Routing tables
- Palo Alto firewall rules
- AWS networking templates and cloud infrastructure components
- Knowledge of IAM, cloud security best practices, and multi-account networking (preferred).
Palo Alto Networks
- Minimum 5+ years working with Palo Alto NGFW platforms.
- 2+ years designing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise firewall environments.
- Strong expertise in Panorama, security policies, threat prevention, and advanced firewall features.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise routing & switching (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
- Familiarity with automation / IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong understanding of Zero-Trust network architectures.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, VMware, or Palo Alto PCNSE.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise networks.
