Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for responsive web and mobile applications
• Strong experience in:

o User research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
o Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
o Developing and maintaining design systems

• Experience working with enterprise-level applications and large user bases
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and usability best practices
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma or similar
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business stakeholders
• Experience in A/B testing and continuous UX improvements
• Strong communication and documentation skills
