Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and refine generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools to produce high-quality outputs in natural language processing, data synthesis, or image generation.
• Lead model training initiatives utilizing unsupervised learning techniques to uncover hidden patterns within large datasets.
• Deploy AI models into production environments through scalable cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Develop ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources including Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and SQL databases to support model training and analytics efforts.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design optimal database schemas and implement linked data architectures for enhanced data accessibility and integration.
• Conduct extensive data mining and analytics to identify opportunities for AI enhancements; utilize SAS, R, Python, and Bash scripting for data analysis tasks.
• Optimize machine learning workflows by leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or other relevant tools for model training and evaluation.
• Lead efforts in model deployment strategies ensuring seamless integration with existing systems while maintaining high performance standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in quantum engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and AI research to continuously improve our technological capabilities.
• Document processes thoroughly and communicate technical insights clearly across teams to foster innovation-driven collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing generative AI models using machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or other languages is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Talend for large-scale data processing.
• Deep understanding of unsupervised learning techniques and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Expertise in database design principles along with proficiency in SQL for data querying and management.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text generation or understanding tasks.
• Experience deploying AI models into cloud environments like AWS for scalable production use.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker for visualization and insights generation.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to mine complex datasets for actionable intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
