Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, networking, and customer service skills to effectively assist users with their IT needs.

Duties

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across multiple platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot computer networking issues.
• Offer desktop support to end-users, ensuring efficient use of IT resources
• Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve application-related problems.
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and improve service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Setup and control inventory for equipment for team such as laptops, phones, desktops, and other electrical devices.
• Able to travel to locations across the United States to set up office locations with IT needs.

Experience

• Proven experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer management practices and IT infrastructure..
• Understanding of computer networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels effectively.
