Role Overview

The Technology Integrator will be responsible for creating and deploying new hardware, software, and digital processes that improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive innovation. From developing digital workflows for field crews to integrating next-generation drilling systems, this role is all about building the tools and processes that will define CNT’s future.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and roll out new systems, platforms, and processes that align with company goals.

· Lead the integration of tools such as CRMs, ERPs, and project management software into business operations.

· Develop digital processes for field operations, such as scheduling, dispatching, and reporting for work crews.

· Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements and map out solutions from concept to execution.

· Oversee hardware integrations, including specialized equipment and systems that advance operational capabilities.

· Document procedures, create adoption plans, and ensure smooth implementation across teams.

· Provide training and guidance to ensure staff adoption of new tools and processes.

· Research and apply emerging technologies to keep CNT at the leading edge of the industry.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in technology integration, operations, or process design.

· Ability to create systems that connect business operations with hardware and software solutions.

· Strong project management skills with a track record of successful system rollouts.

· Excellent documentation, training, and change management skills.

· Understanding of construction, engineering, or field-service environments (preferred but not required).

· Creative problem-solver who thrives on innovation and building things from the ground up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
