About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Oracle Financials Cloud Architect & Cutover Lead, where you'll design innovative Oracle Financials Cloud solutions and seamlessly manage the transition from legacy systems. This role requires a blend of architectural expertise and strategic leadership for successful implementations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead cutover plans for smooth system transitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Oversee data migration, system testing, and user validation
- Identify and mitigate transition risks
- Ensure a seamless post-go-live handover
- Design and document end-to-end Oracle Cloud architectures
- Lead workshops and assess business requirements
- Provide technical leadership and mentor project teams
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud architecture and ERP implementations.
- Extensive expereince with Oracle Financials, SME is required
- Proven expertise in leading cutover activities and data migration
- Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
