- Incidents and Ticket management using JIRA, managing Kanban Gold.
- Agile Development and Methodologies
- Good understanding of software development principles and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Strong interpersonal skills to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions.
- Write well-documented code in your preferred programming language.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements to create effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance your skill set.
