<Job Summary>
Goose Automotive Group is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support internal systems, web platforms, and ongoing operational technology across our automotive repair locations. This role is primarily desk-based and focused on owning, maintaining, and improving the technology that supports our teams and customer-facing tools. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing IT systems and web platforms in a business environment and is comfortable working independently, developing solutions, and maintaining systems on an ongoing basis.

- Internal systems and user management
- Web platforms and website maintenance
- Ongoing operational technology support
<Duties>
- Manage and maintain internal IT systems across multiple locations.
- Oversee user accounts, permissions, and email systems using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Monitor and maintain WiFi networks, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, hosting providers, and technology vendors.
- Maintain and update company websites and web platforms using CMS tools such as WordPress or similar systems.
- Perform ongoing web updates including content changes, layout updates, forms, and integrations.
- Support integrations between websites, scheduling tools, CRM systems, and third-party platforms.
- Maintain DNS, hosting, and domain configurations.
- Support office and shop technology including computers, printers, tablets, cameras, and connected systems.
- Document systems, processes, credentials, and configurations in an organized and secure manner.
- Support technology planning and setup for new locations, expansions, or upgrades.
<Skills>
- Demonstrated experience in IT systems administration or technical operations.
- Hands-on experience managing business networks, WIFI, and user systems.
- Experience maintaining and updating websites or web platforms in a professional environment.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience with hosting environments, DNS management, and basic web integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities in a structured, desk-based role.
Education & Certifications
- No college degree required.
- Relevant hands-on experience is required.
- IT or web-related certifications are a plus but not required.
