What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and proactive partner for our customers, helping them navigate products, resolve issues, and reach their goals.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
  • Track interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support) to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Learn continuously — about products, services, and communication best practices.
