What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and proactive partner for our customers, helping them navigate products, resolve issues, and reach their goals.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
- Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
- Track interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Support) to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Learn continuously — about products, services, and communication best practices.

- Excellent communication skills — written & verbal
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality
- Organized and detail-focused
- Comfortable with basic computer tools (Google Suite, Excel, CRM software)
