Job Title: E-Commerce Graphic Designer (In-Person Only)

Location: Sunbury, PA

Compensation: Negotiable

Type: Full-Time, On-Site Only (No Remote Work Available)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Company Overview:

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. is a rapidly growing specialty coffee roasting and distribution company dedicated to crafting the freshest, highest-quality coffee for customers nationwide. We're looking for a talented, efficient, and highly creative E-Commerce Graphic Designer to join our team at our Sunbury, PA facility.

This is a fully in-person role – applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop original and visually compelling graphics for:

  • Email marketing campaigns (primarily via Klaviyo)

  • Website banners, landing pages, and product pages

  • Social media platforms

  • Digital advertisements

  • Packaging and display designs

  • Promotional materials

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Web, and Product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

• Support front-end web design efforts with basic UX/UI layout concepts and visual assets (coding knowledge not required).

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing a visually consistent, engaging e-commerce user experience.

• Conceptualize and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and social media campaigns.

• Manage and organize a high volume of design assets and campaign deliverables.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, e-commerce best practices, and social media tools.

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to help shape campaign direction.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, layout, typography, and brand consistency

• Demonstrated experience in creating marketing graphics for web, email, and social platforms

• A portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects and creative work

• Strong organizational, time-management, and project coordination skills

• Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of UX design and accessibility requirements as it pertains to all digital marketing and e-commerce.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms is preferred

• Interest in coffee and coffee culture is a plus!
