Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Software or Firmware Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our industry-leading wireline telemetry and logging system. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing our system's capabilities, improving user experience, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications for wireline telemetry and logging systems
• Develop high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that solutions are aligned with the company's technical vision
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, identifying and implementing fixes and improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor developments
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software meets quality and reliability standards
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++
• Knowledge of digital signal processing, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality software products

Requirements

• 3-7 years with C
• 3-5 years with C++
• 2-5 years of Software Development experience
• 3-7 years of proficiency in Win32

• Cellular Data Communication Protocols
• Experience with the Oil and Gas Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
