Who we are
We are a Texas-based company that specializes in the sale of firearm suppressors, also known as silencers. Founded in 2010, our company has grown to become the largest distributor of suppressors in the United States. We offer a wide range of products from various manufacturers, catering to customers with different needs and preferences.
We simplify the process of purchasing suppressors by helping customers navigate the application submission process with their dealer with industry leading accuracy. We have a network of kiosks, which can be found at participating firearm dealers across the country. The kiosk allows customers to complete their fingerprint and information requirements for the National Firearms Act (NFA) application, which is mandatory for purchasing a suppressor in the United States.
Apart from selling suppressors, we also provide information and resources on our website, including educational content on suppressor technology, maintenance, and legal requirements. We aim to promote the responsible use of suppressors and to make the purchasing process as simple as possible for customers.

Day to Day
As a Full Auto Support Representative at Silencer Shop you will be answering phone calls providing support for our proprietary Full Auto system for our customers and Dealers.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Full Auto Support team in answering dealer and customer email communications as well as escalated work items from other departments.
This is an adept level ATF Compliance position with its main focus being support of our Full Auto system users. You will be part of the Compliance team so other duties will be assigned to contribute to the success of the department and company as a whole. Other duties may include general email support for our customers and dealers, reviews of customer submitted information, and participation in quarterly internal audits.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
