Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Furniture Mart USA in Becker, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns professionally.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels through stocking and restocking efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for transaction processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with merchandising is a plus.
