The Opportunity

Scentwork | Le Parfum is an AI-powered custom fragrance company. Every perfume we create is unique, guided by AI that learns what each customer wants. We're a small, fast-growing team, and we need someone who can grow with us.

This role is part customer experience, part production operations. You'll help customers, run our fulfillment line, and—here's the real opportunity—work alongside us to build and manage AI customer service systems.

You'll get hands-on experience with AI tools that most people only read about. Not theory. Actual implementation.

What You'll Do

AI & Customer Experience:

• Help build and improve our AI-powered customer support
• Manage AI chat and voice systems—train them, refine them, handle the cases they can't
• Be the human in the loop: when the AI doesn't know the answer, you figure it out—then teach the AI for next time
• Learn prompt engineering, conversation design, and AI workflow management

Production & Fulfillment:

• Operate our printing and bottling line for custom fragrances
• Quality check every order before it ships
• Pack and prepare shipments
• Keep our production space running smoothly

The mix shifts toward AI and customer experience as you grow into the role.

The Details

• 20-25 hours/week, consistent schedule (not gig work—we'll set the days together)
• $17-19/hour depending on experience, with room to grow
• In-person at our Doral production space
• Path to full-time for the right person
