What You’ll Own
- Oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across ZebraScapes and Father Daughter Construction.
- Software rollouts, hardware upgrades, and cloud integrations.
- Design and enforce SOPs for data security, device management, and user access.
- Support cross-departmental tech needs with clarity and urgency.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in multi-site or service-based industries.
- Deep expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and high-volume requests with grace.
- Strong communication skills—able to translate tech into actionable guidance for non-technical teams.
- Hands-on, solutions-first mindset. You don’t just delegate—you build, fix, and lead.
