Online Safety and Law Enforcement Response Analyst

Our team is growing. We need more people with the magic touch to produce joy as an Online Safety and Law Enforcement Response Analyst.

What does an Online Safety and Law Enforcement Response Analyst do? A lot to keep online spaces and people safe.

Our clients are Internet companies you use and/or know. Sometimes people misuse or abuse those companies' services. We help our clients manage the work generated by that misuse and abuse. You'll likely do this in two ways.

First, you may moderate content. When users post content related to child safety, terrorism, threats of violence, or hate speech, we review that content and take appropriate action based on client policies.

Second, law enforcement often investigates users misusing or abusing an online service. You may be responsible for analyzing and addressing time-sensitive legal process seeking user data, such as search warrants and subpoenas, consistent with the law and client policies.

In the course of this work you will be exposed to sensitive issues and content that may be considered offensive or disturbing. This is important work, but it isn't for everyone. If you think it is for you, know that we have support in place to ensure wellness for all our team members.

Here are some of the things you must have to be considered for the role:

• Meticulous attention to detail, with proven ability to accurately analyze complex documents;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrated contributions to a collaborative team;
• Willingness to undergo a full background check; and
• Bachelor's degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
