Job description
We're on the lookout for an IT Systems Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support across our 50 store locations. If you're tech-savvy, love working in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for ensuring smooth IT operations, we want to hear from you!
General Requirements:
· Proven experience in a similar technical support role.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users and team members.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs
Basic Duties:
1. Technical Support:
a. Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
b. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
2. Driving:
a. Some travel (4-5 days per month, sometimes overnight) to different store locations is required for on-site support and maintenance.
3. Point of Sale (POS):
a. Possess expertise in POS systems.
b. Address and resolve issues related to POS hardware and software.
4. Report Writing:
a. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
5. Microsoft (or similar) SQL Database experience:
a. Proficient in SQL for database management and queries.
6. Microsoft Environment:
a. Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
b. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 applications.
7. Security:
a. Implement and maintain virus checker solutions to ensure the security of systems.
Some telework may be allowed, but we require you to work “In Office” to complete your job duties.
