Are you and a partner (friend, family member, spouse, etc.) an experienced cleaning duo who values flexibility and excellent pay? MaidThat Cleaning Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented 2-person cleaning teams to serve our growing base of residential clients throughout Bismarck.

EARN $56–$70 PER HOUR AS A TEAM + TIPS

• Flat-rate pay per house (typically 2–4 hours per home)
• Weekly direct deposit payments
• Performance-based pay increases and bonuses
• Keep 100% of client tips
• $150 referral bonus when you refer another cleaner you can work with!

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

• Set your own team availability – we work around YOUR schedule
• Part-time (10–20 hours/week) or full-time opportunities available once established
• No mandatory weekends or holidays

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide exceptional residential cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen/bathroom cleaning)
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency
• Maintain professional, friendly relationships with clients

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 2 years professional cleaning experience (residential preferred) per person
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Your own reliable transportation and valid driver’s licenses
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must pass background checks
