We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator/Technician (SAT) to join our team. The SAT is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting site-specific technology, ensuring seamless operations of our client's services. This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot phones, tablets, and related network hardware.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and diagnostics on-site systems.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site staff as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, security procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain documentation of system updates, maintenance schedules, and issue resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
- Availability on a 24/7 call-out basis to respond to emergencies. (Rotating on-call schedule)
- Must pass and maintain all security background checks.
- Attendance at all required orientation programs as mandated by the work location or company.
- Successful completion of all required OEM training programs.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience training users on software applications.
- Experience with proprietary software, including data entry and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with tablets, smartphones, and mobile device management.
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems, including phone and intercom systems.
- Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Understanding of internet circuits, connectivity troubleshooting, and bandwidth requirements.
- Prior experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Experience working in secure or correctional facility environments is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
