Cape Cod Luxury Hotel Seeking Per Diem Assistant Manager

Coastal Cape Development Inc. operates a 21-suite luxury complex on Cape Cod, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a Per Diem Assistant Manager to provide flexible support year-round.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations across the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Deliver outstanding guest service; resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Lead and support staff during shifts to maintain high standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Coverage – Varies depending on the season
• Ability to work midweek, weekends and holidays
